Swati Roysircar | Biography 2023

Dr.Swati Chokalingam (Roysircar) was a gynecologist as well as an obstetrician. She was born on August 15, 1945. However, there is not much information about her birthplace. Her nationality was  Bangali and she used to follow the Hindu religion. She was the daughter of Nepal Chandra Roysircar and Amita Roysircar both born in Nepal. Her star sign was Leo.

Career

Swati always wanted to be a doctor from her early days. She chose to pursue her medical career and was always on the way towards her dream. As soon as she completed her study, she started working as a gynecology doctor in st. Elizabeth’s Hospital, Brighton, Ma, as a physician for nearly thirty years.

On talking about her other works, Swati also seems to have appeared in one of the episodes of The Office (2005); along with her husband as the parents of Kelly Kapoor (played by their own daughter) where her performance was praised by many.

Mindy Kaling is one of the reputed names in the field of American Television who is also popular for her nickname Mindy. Swati immigrated to the United States in 1979 with her husband and kids.

Swati passed away at the age of 66 on January 30th,2012 due to pancreatic cancer at St.Elizabeth’s hospital, in Brighton MA, where she worked as a physician for 30 years. Known for her dedication to work and family, her sense of humor, and her warmth, Swati will be missed forever.
